ingredients:• 4 lobster
• 2 grapefruit
• 2 avocados

Ingredients :• 450 grams of cooked lobster meat
• 150 ml double cream
• 100 g of ground star anise
• 50 ml cognac
• 1 tsp butter
• 1 tsp honey
• Half of the bulbs
• 0,5 tsp minced garlic
• White pepper
Method of preparation:Preheat the oil and saute the garlic. Add the meat of lobster, chopped onion and anise. Stir and fry for about three minutes. Next, add the cream, brandy, salt and pepper.
