Roast beef from Nigella Lawson
Prepare a wonderful Sunday dinner for the whole family. We present our traditional English roast beef from the famous chef and writer Nigella Lawson. The dish does not require much cost and effort to prepare. The meat turns tender and deliciously tasty.
Take a neck of the beef, sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Then smeared on all sides with mustard (I have personally used with mustard seeds).
Heat a frying pan and add to it a small amount of olive oil. Meat fry on all sides until golden brown within 7-10 minutes. We spread it in the prepared form (preferably deep, resulting in the juice we need for the sauce) put the green parts of leeks on top of roasted neck. We put in a preheated 200 degree oven for an hour.
At the end take out the meat from the oven, spread, cover, we give cool and rest for 20 minutes. The form in which the roasted meat, add the wine, put on fire and give a little boil. The resulting sauce pour into a gravy boat and serve the meat. A clotted leek use as an additional side dish to meat.
